AI-use policy

Intuu is the AI Workforce Platform for physical operations. This policy sets out the principles that govern how Intuu’s AI agents operate — across asset management, field services and inventory — so that automation stays accountable and under human command.

Human-in-the-loop by design

Every side-effecting action — a dispatch, a replenishment, a status change, a system update — is proposed first and executed only after human approval. Agents read, reason and prepare freely, but they do not take consequential real-world actions on their own.

Rationale and transparency

Each proposal carries the why behind it — the data, constraints and trade-offs that led to the recommendation — so the person approving it can make an informed decision rather than trust a black box.

Grounded in reality

Intuu’s agents act on the real state of the physical world, sensed through barcode, QR, RFID and NFC identification, scans and IoT signals — not on stale records. For field services, NFC taps provide proof of presence that work was performed where and when it was recorded.

Validation and audit trail

Actions are confirmed as actually done — by scan, signature or reading — and every step is recorded: what was sensed, what was decided, who approved it, what was executed and how completion was validated. This gives a complete, reviewable audit trail.

Accountability

People remain in command. Intuu is designed to assist and execute defined operational work under human direction; it is not designed to make unsupervised, irreversible decisions. Customers configure which actions require approval and who may grant it.

Data and models

Operational data is processed to run the agents that serve each customer. Customer data is handled under the applicable customer agreement and our privacy policy; it is not used to train general-purpose models outside that agreement.

Scope

This policy describes the product’s AI principles. Specific contractual commitments for a deployment are set out in the customer agreement.
