Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

This privacy policy explains how personal data submitted through intuu.ai(the “site”) is collected, used and protected. Intuu is a product of Adrem Technologies, which acts as the data controller for information collected here. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, “PDPL”).

What this policy covers

This policy covers the public marketing website only. It does not cover the Intuu product application (which customers use under a separate agreement) or data processed on behalf of customers within that product.

Data we collect

  • Demo / contact requests: your name, work email and — if you provide them — company, job title, area of interest and message.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
  • Technical data: limited request metadata (such as IP address) processed transiently for security, spam prevention and rate limiting. We do not run advertising or behavioural analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you initiate.
  • To send you the updates you subscribed to — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the site, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Microsoft (Azure & Microsoft Graph): website hosting and delivery of your enquiry to our team by email.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile): bot / spam protection on our forms.
  • Adrem CloudIQ:where enabled, submissions are also recorded in Adrem’s central platform to manage your enquiry.

International transfers

Adrem Technologies is headquartered in Dubai and serves the GCC and Romania. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy basis) as required by GDPR and the PDPL.

Retention

We keep enquiry and subscription data only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and request portability. To exercise any right, email info@adremtek.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site enforces HTTPS, security headers and server-side validation, and secrets are held in protected configuration — never in code. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
